What about this?

What if we unpacked all our stuff at the supermarkets and shops and refused to take products home in plastic? It drives me crazy that I have to almost need an electric saw to get something out of it all the wrapping - cardboard and solid plastic glaring at me in defiance.

This kind of thing is really over the top!

I reckon if all the litter produced from unpacking this lot, were left at the shop to dispose of, we, as a species, would eventually become more frugal in the amount of resources we waste just on packaging!

And what about this? Percolating and marinading nicely in plastic for us to consume.....in resources and the cost to our environment as waste.

Are we nuts?

Yes - completely.

What to do if you can't pay on your Playbook

Ok - so I've done it - bought my app from Blackberry World.

But I couldn't - and I tried and tried!

This is how you do it - go to BlackberryAppWorldStore  - there seems to be a problem on the playbook - so go on WITH A COMPUTER. Sign in. Find your device name (top right) hover over it and "account settings" and "payment preferences" pop into view.

Click on "payment preferences" and log into your paypal account or set your credit card setting there.

Go back to your Playbook and purchase your app.

Works like a charm!

Who would ever KNOW for God's sake!!!!!!!

Flipping Furious with Blackberry Playbook

I want to buy something for the first time for my Playbook. It has now driven me crazy!

Just logging on to Blackberry to get "authentification" has been a nightmare. Then - payment choice - I chose Pay Pal - but it will not log me in. So I go to Pay Pal to change my password and I can't because it already IS my password!

So then I choose  Credt Card - give all my details and it just goes on "saving" for hours - and then highlights my name as incorrect. Well I know my bloody name!

So then I choose another credit card - same thing.

And then I choose my debit card  - same thing.

So now whoever the mob is that collects money for Blackberry World Service have my paypal details, two credit card details AND my debit card details. And I am STILL no nearer to spending a measily £5 pounds on their bloody app.

I am absolutely SIZZLING!

People Purifiers

Pity we are in the clutches of so many people purifiers.

I can't understand why some folk are so bound up in their causes that they end up looking like members if the Inquisition. Well - I do know many antis working in the anti industry get highly paid for their activities. Just like scientists that find the exact right results in their studies to justify another grant, a bigger loan, a better career.

So there are career people purifiers that get well paid and rewarded for their efforts. They can switch from one anti stance to another just as easily as it takes them to work out the money advantage of doing so. Careers - onwards and upwards! It doesn't really matter which people you are trying to purify - any will do - smokers, the obese, the vapers, the addicted, the drinkers - whatever - undiscovered unhealthy lifestyles are being revealed daily that will give people purifiers lots of guaranteed work for a long time yet.

But the main trouble with people purifiers is that their rhetoric, wherever it appears, is believed by the flock. The flock is what people purifiers are after - they are the ones that can be steered in the right direction and carry all other sheep along.

I live in the country. When the dogs start the sheep pouring down the hill, once they have started the flow, they just have to trot along behind and before you know it, it's over and done.

So I stood next to a sheeple the other day, who saw my sister smoking outside in the garden. She turned to me and asked with a people purifier sneer "Hasn't she given that up yet?"

Taurus excretum, cerebrum vice

The news is bristling with "reactions" to David Cameron's speech.  It should be bristeling with "responses".

If you burn yourself on the stove, you react by pulling away and saying something descriptive. That's a reaction. To me, a reaction is not thought through, it's a gut instinct immediate and spontaneous thing. A reponse is measured, thought through and logical.

No politician is going to give his "reaction" on TV. Everyone of them is responding.

My reaction to our "in out" referendum being promised us by the white man who speaks with forked tongue is - " Yes mate, but you promised us that before!" and "I don't believe a word you are saying -  taurus excretum, cerebrum vice!"

Words, words, words that drive me nuts!

Why do people in the UK (the birthplace of the English language) speak so badly?

Here is my list

Birk = book
Kirk = cook
Ospitoo = hospital

I was sat = I was sitting
React = response

And there are plenty more as heard on the Television - constantly.

It drives me nuts!

Loose lips sink ships

In the presence of such hatred towards the west, was it really a good idea to advertise that Harry was active in Afghanistan? But this snippet of information is, to my mind, is truly nuts.

I've killed Taliban fighters says Prince Harry

Human extinction solved!

I have been thinking.

I have been thinking about what we need to do, as a species, to with-strain ourselves from causing our own extinction.

So I have come up with this little list.

We need to get off oil.
We need a proper monetary system.
We need to get off consumerism.

If we got off oil - our governments would cease their continual war-mongering in oil rich countries.

If we got off banks - they would stop their continual greedy manipulation of the world, countries and the economy.

If we stopped our consuming, manufacturing lasting, non toxic recyclable products we would not rape the earth.

Well that's my first three to start with!

Darwin has half the idea - Kropotkin the other?

I have been watching Sahtouris - Sahtouris in Hamburg (very easy to watch and entertaining!)

I, personally, have a problem with Darwin. His grandfather was the one who seeded the ideas of evolution in his mind. It was a general idea circulating at the time in thinking society and he wrote his ideas down to publish as quickly as possible before Alfred Wallace did the same. Now scientists are making him into the Jesus Christ of evolution theory. What did he do to deserve this? He wrote a book! He wrote a book in which the ideas of his generation were encapsulated. Big deal. Even natural selection was vaguely understood.

According to Sahtouris, he only had half the story....

Kropotkin, misunderstood anarchist that he was, seems to have the other bit of evolution that Darwin missed out.
Quote
"In the animal world we have seen that the vast majority of species live in societies, and that they find in association the best arms for the struggle for life: understood, of course, in its wide Darwinian sense – not as a struggle for the sheer means of existence, but as a struggle against all natural conditions unfavourable to the species. The animal species, in which individual struggle has been reduced to its narrowest limits, and the practice of mutual aid has attained the greatest development, are invariably the most numerous, the most prosperous, and the most open to further progress. The mutual protection which is obtained in this case, the possibility of attaining old age and of accumulating experience, the higher intellectual development, and the further growth of sociable habits, secure the maintenance of the species, its extension, and its further progressive evolution. The unsociable species, on the contrary, are doomed to decay."

Elizabet Sahtouris puts two ideas together to make a very big idea that's thought radical by neo darwinist and common or garden scientists. What do you think?

After Darwin

I have been listening to Elizabet Sahtouris "After Darwin" videos on her website Part one, Part two, Part three

"After Darwin" was the attractive title to me. We seem to have got stuck with Darwin.

So anything After Darwin could be interesting I thought. And it is.

The State - ambient abuse part 4

"The abuser gradually and surreptitiously takes over functions and chores previously adequately and skilfully performed by the victim. The prey finds itself isolated from the outer world, a hostage to the goodwill – or, more often, ill-will – of her captor.

This quote is from a site discussing the ambient abuse that occurs in a controlling relationship.

But I am unplatting this kind of abuse to encompass what society endures at the hands of the state, Remember that ambient abuse is always hard to precisely put one's finger on. It is invisible as abuse but is felt by the victim of it. Our society is the victim, our rulers, the abusers.

When we live with "the sword of Damacles" haging over our heads, we don't feel free to be ourselves, spontaneous and confident in our society, we are "walking on egg shells", to mix metaphors! then we know there is ambient abuse in our relationship with our state.

An example of this, is the fear of new mothers, too frightened to admit to post partum depression in case their babies are taken into care.

Smokers have endured this abuse since the anti tobacco industry started to sculpt government.

We all feel it travelling on our roads in the presence of profitable speed cameras. If caught, we have "points" added to our licences, which up the cost of our insurances and costs us in status and character references.

In the simple art of conversation, people have to feel guarded in everything they say if it skirts into the not politically correct because thought police are out there telling us what we may think. How weird is that? No matter how we feel it, or how we believe it, we may not say it.

We are guided on what to eat, not to eat, drink, not to drink, excercise or not to excercise. We feel ashamed if our BMI is not the BMI it should be. And, of course, because The National Health Service doctors and hospitals which are "free", they may dictate their terms because we have become beholden to the. But The National Health Service is not "free" - we have paid for it with our money.

We are nervous if our bins are on the streets on the wrong day, in case we are fined for making an error even though it is US that are paying for the service.

Most people make extreme efforts to conform to all the legislation that entangle us. Just this fact should alert us to the fact that we are living in a society that is abusing us!

The state is our servant - well it should be - but we all believe it is our master.

The abuser makes sure that his knowledge, his skills, his connections, or his traits are the only ones applicable and the most useful in the situations that he, himself, wrought. The abuser generates his own indispensability."

Systems busters

I write this blog - grumbling most of the time - because I'm a systems buster.

I think people come in three kinds. Systems builders are the ones that build the current worldview, governments, corporations, businesses, citizen control groups etc.

Then there are the system maintainers who co-operate with the builders by keeping the structures/systems they have built in place. They are the meek who are supposed to "inherit the earth" according to Jesus. And perhaps they do. They have no stress about changing the world, no vast striving, but just keep everything running smoothly and nicely as the builders desire.

Then there are us! The systems busters, moaning, complaining, revolting, stirring and forcing things to change.

We are all essential.

The builders eventually find their structures/systems will become corrupt. The meek will just allow, as they do. The busters come in and break it all apart so we can start again.

Sometimes builders and the meek can jump ship and cause change - which is exactly what us busters are aiming for.

Crimes against us...

In reviewing 2012 and especially the idea that as we go into 2013, we will start on an era of greater transparency. Eventually more and more people might understand how we have been manipulated into enduring what I would call immoral scientific crimes against humanity.

So are some criminal aspects of our new technology I hope, before I die, will be acknowledged and apologised for by the scientific community that advises our politicians, governments and world organisations and at whose doorstep these activities/ideas that have/are harming us should be laid.

1. Nuclear testing
Nuclear power
3. Incorrect governmental nutritional guidance
4. Monsanto
5. Scientism
6. Technological exploitation of Earth resources
7. Planned obsolescence
8. Pharmaceutical "scientific" Drugs tested on the unwitting all over the world

Well that's my today's list!

Sugar, Spice and all things nice

As you know, I favour Paleo eating - the one that includes fat. Paleo eating avoids all commercially produced foods. It avoids grains, cereals, pulses, sugar, dairy and other stuff.

Sounds dreary -  but it isn't.  It's amazing the nice things you can eat both sweet and savory. And I do it because I feel good on it - mentally sharp, energetic, physically well.

My interest in it started with the number of people I met on my life that said "I don't eat bread anymore" or "I am gluten intolerant".  I love bread, but I feel a whole lot better if I don't eat it and then I found all these people doing the same thing as me! Simply cutting out bread.

I already knew about how bad an effect sugar had on me - within an hour it made me feel so tired, I knew to keep away or pay the price.

So how eating  affected the way I felt was an absolute surprise to me. I enjoy finding out how good I can feel. And Paleo does it for me.

I think it's everyone's personal decision on how they should eat. Would it be better if the Government totally banned all the sugars, bread, cakes, sweets, and things that make us feel tired, depressed, irritable and  cause us to get sick? No, of course not! Everyone should be free to find these things out for themselves. We just need to listen to our bodies. I think more and more people are. And I think the idea of feeling good all the time through food could spread. It's cheaper and more lasting than drugs and booze!

On paleo, its a good experience to "fall of the wagon". The hangover from all the commercially produced foods, grains, cereals, pulses, sugar, dairy and other stuff you haven't been eating is so obvious, it makes you remember why you follow Paleo. Sugar and spice ain't always nice!

Biscuit people

We run our whole society on fear. FEAR. One of our biggest fears in illness is cancer.

I don't know about other countries, but I do know how surprised I was when I came here from another country, how totally focused on illness the media and government keep the people in the UK pointed to. I thought being ill, was not normal. Normal was being well. But I've come to think that normal, here, is when you are seeing the doctor for something that is wrong with you. If we are all focused on not being well, that's the way we will be.

We run our society by committing crimes against humans in the name of progress.

We have purposefully irradiated our world with nuclear fallout. Nuclear explosions

We'll never know how much damage we have done by demonising sunshine so that we spread cancer causing creams onto our skins and avoid the health giving hormones of Vitamin D.   No wonder rickets is on the rise.

For a hunded years we have filled people's teeth with mercury fillings - and still do, even though we know it damages the brain. We have never scientifically investigated the side effects. We have promoted - nay - we have forced millions to drink "caries reducing" additives to our water - even though it is known to be toxic.
We allow chemicals in our homes and foods - 80 000 new additions since the 1940's Science says little about the possible damage to us - even though people suspect much. And those who speak up are lumped in with conspiracy theorists.

We feed our brains with toxic ideas.

Visual violence - testostervioloporn movies and computer games, news visuals of wars, bombings, riots, hate and anguish pour into our consciousness where even 50 years ago, much of what was happening, was not seen by the mass of us. Sex, once a personal discovery, has somehow become in movies a tawdry blatant thing, thrown out as women's liberation. Now the liberated are shown as testosterwomen who are able to copulate when the testosterdrive overtakes them. But this is not a reflection of real life relationships - only of the movies - movies offered to us in the name of liberation.

We'll never know the damage we do to people as these visuals steep into our minds or the damage we are doing as allowed toxins in agriculture, in foods, water and other products of our advanced! civilisation steep our bodies.

Nor can we know how our health and vigour are drained by scientism - removing our spiritual lives by labelling them as delusions of the brain because science says so and can prove it.

We are being slowly deformed into emotionally dessicated, fearful, ill people whilst being pounded into the shape our government, academia (and science) thinks we should be - biscuits that fit the biscuit box, neatly packed, quality controlled and sanitised.

Food against the nation

I believe that -

Our health and welfare should be assured by our governments as far as town planning, clean water, sewerage, electricity, gas and hospitals. They should butt out when it comes to food because they've made a real right royal mess already.

Having insisted on giving the wrong advice on nutrition to their citizens in the name of health, they attempt to ban/regulate foods they see as the cause of obesity, diabetes and heart problems. Governmental dietary advice IS the problem!

It will take a few years still for the scientific evidence, to trickle down into Government. But it will take thinking citizens far quicker to realise  that:-

Dietary friends are - fat, protein, fruit, nuts and green vegetables.
Salt is not the enemy of most people - only salt sensitives.
Dietary Foes are - low fat, low salt, sugar, grains, cereals, bread and carbohydrates

Once you get the friends right, a lot of the foes are not craved.

Until that time, we citizens, will carry on being fat and unhealthy. And governments will blame it all on us!

But that's just what I believe.

In praise of Paleo

Do not rely on the National Health Service to give correct advice on nutrition. They cannot do so because they are a political arm of governments. To issue good eating guidance would mean a destabilisation of the current economy.

Here is  Incorrect governmental nutritional guidance

This diet will make you fat and sick. And it's useless for diabetics!

There are several errors that are the reason for the obesity, diabetic, heart and cancer epidemics brought onto citizens by their governments.

Fat is essential in our diets. "Low fat" anything is a crime against the body.
We do not need carbohydrates.
We do not need dairy products.

So, if we ate right, we would put a lot of farmers and food manufacturers out of business.  That's why you will never hear it from the government.

Our plates should look like this -
and that looks like this -

And you don't have snack cravings, digestive troubles, high sugar levels, depression or obesity.

You DO have loads of energy and optimism - you feel GOOD!

Paleo eating is something those wondering how to improve the way they feel should try. You might become a convert like I am.
